Great customer service. Swim robe arrived on time and it was as described. It’s keeping me warm and cosy after my winter outdoor spas and ocean swims. In fact I often just throw it on when outdoors over my clothes to cut out the wind chill and cold.

I recently ordered a prescription mask and snorkel. I had lots of questions and they were so helpful. I haven’t used it yet but it fits well and it’s so great to be able to see clearly. Highly recommend this company.

Initially purchased wrong fitting goggles and received a refund upon returning them. Ended up purchasing new goggles and they were shipped out within 24 hours. I received them in 2 days with the prescription I left in the note. I took them out swimming today and feel very satisfied as a customer. The fact that I can see for the first time swimming is amazing. Will 100% be purchasing from here again thank you :)

The G1R unfortunately did not fit my son as he has a high nose bridge however, Bob offered to send out the N2B, which was a much better fit! Bob organised a label so that I could return the G1R and did not charge anything extra. Service like this is so rare. My son was able to enjoy our holiday recently. The items were delivered so promptly as was Bob's correspondence. Bob is truly an amazing communicator. Thank you. Great experience with Swimfun again. This time I ordered the snorkel mask with prescription lenses (-5) and I’m really happy with it. Nice soft silicone mask which fits my face well and I CAN SEE!!! my prescription goggles I bought last year are still in perfect condition too so I am very happy with the quality of Swimfun products.

My son is very happy with his prescription goggles from Swimfun Australia. He says he can see very clearly with them on. The goggles are of high quality material, look good, fit really well and come in a great case. Handy accessories such as ear plugs and spare nose bridges came with the goggles.

My son absolutely loved his prescription goggles. Makes swimming so much better when you can see where you are. Super easy to order and shipping was great. Only thing that could improve is maybe adding in half a step between prescriptions, eg. -2.5 etc.
