Our normal return policy is, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. Once a return is received, if the product is defective, we will refund your full payment plus your shipping cost. Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we have to deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
Under Covid-19, we now have limited offer on diving masks – Free No Reason Return. If you have received your purchased diving mask and wish to return, you don’t need to have any reason. Please contact email@example.com. We will provide an address. Once we receive your returned mask, we will return the full payment plus $10 shipping cost. So you have ZERO risk in buying any diving masks. It will appreciate that you can keep the original packing and label undamaged once you return it.
