Swimfun has some wonderful old school vibes when it comes to customer service. Bob is extremely responsive and understanding of customer needs. My goggles didn’t fit correctly and immediately sent out replacements after asking which I’d prefer and making sure the lenses were correct for my eyes. This really doesn’t happen much anymore - thanks Bob. Keep up the great work!

I’ve ordered two pairs of prescription goggles. Ordering prices was really clear and easy, even with different prescription strengths for each eye. Delivery was really prompt. The after sale service was exceptional - great communication and prompt attention. I’ll definitely buy from here again.

Exceptional customer service , I needed a prescription snorkel mask made , I emailed as I had some questions and got a quick response from Bob , I placed an order and I received the item in less then a week ! It fitted perfectly and it come in it’s own case , I can’t wait to use it on my overseas trip in a couple of months , highly recommend

The customer service is beyond great. The delivery took very long and they assured my product got to me before my trip. Also, I made an incorrect order and they noticed and changed it without a problem. The googles were great, best purchase ever. Thanks Bob for everything 🙏🏼

I recently purchased prescription goggles, a mask, and a snorkel from Swimfun Australia, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our son recently began wearing glasses so we purchased him some Swimfun prescription goggles. The customer service was fantastic as we were a little unsure about the best ones to order for his prescription. They fit well and our son has been using them happily.

100 percent recommed swimfun .. they have gone above and beyond in helping us with our googles and didn't over charge and got us such a good deal . We will definitely not going anywhere else but here .

Great customer service. Swim robe arrived on time and it was as described. It’s keeping me warm and cosy after my winter outdoor spas and ocean swims. In fact I often just throw it on when outdoors over my clothes to cut out the wind chill and cold.

I purchased my first swimFun goggles in 2018 and they have been my go to anytime I am buying new pairs. Their goggles are comfortable and trustworthy. SwimFun supports different prescription for right and left eyes which is a game changer if you wear two very different lenses. All my orders have arrived within a few days. I recently ordered a prescription mask and snorkel. I had lots of questions and they were so helpful. I haven’t used it yet but it fits well and it’s so great to be able to see clearly. Highly recommend this company.

Initially purchased wrong fitting goggles and received a refund upon returning them. Ended up purchasing new goggles and they were shipped out within 24 hours. I received them in 2 days with the prescription I left in the note. I took them out swimming today and feel very satisfied as a customer. The fact that I can see for the first time swimming is amazing. Will 100% be purchasing from here again thank you :)

The G1R unfortunately did not fit my son as he has a high nose bridge however, Bob offered to send out the N2B, which was a much better fit! Bob organised a label so that I could return the G1R and did not charge anything extra. Service like this is so rare. My son was able to enjoy our holiday recently. The items were delivered so promptly as was Bob's correspondence. Bob is truly an amazing communicator. Thank you. We'll be back again and recommending Swimfun to everyone who needs prescription swimming goggles.

Great experience with Swimfun again. This time I ordered the snorkel mask with prescription lenses (-5) and I’m really happy with it. Nice soft silicone mask which fits my face well and I CAN SEE!!! my prescription goggles I bought last year are still in perfect condition too so I am very happy with the quality of Swimfun products.

GF1-Hyperopia swimming goggles farsighted adults or teenage support right and left different lens power
Got these for our trip to Cook Islands. There is a shallow lagoon with coral and fish. I’m blind with some sort of magnification. My optometrist advised me so I’m good to go. Tried them out in our pool. Excellent solution….got the mask as well.
