Shipping Policy And Operation:

All goods will be shipped from Sydney. Free shipping will be provided for any purchasing over than $30. We use the Post Office service. Normally the shipping time is from 2 business days to 5 business days depending on where you live in Australia. Please understand, though we will ship your orders within 48 hours, the Post Office will not open in weekend in the most of time. There will be no deliveries in public holidays either. 

Express Shipping Service is available. Swimfun will absorb the most of shipping cost. You will only need to add a small portion of cost to use Express Shipping Service.

It is alright to provide your shipping address only. However, we strongly suggest that you provide your phone number as well. It will provide the driver additional tool to contact you in case there is a need.
